<p>In this episode we talk with Shonah Landes, a jeweler and designer at our local Bowers Jewelers about her life-long struggle with healthy body image. She has struggle with disordered eating habits and negative body image thoughts most of her life. This led to a lot of hurt, a pursuit of affirmation from guys, and a very poor view of herself. She shares her journey of learning to see herself through God's eyes and how God created her in His image.
