<p>Everyone wants to look good.</p> <p>That's just the world we live in at the moment.</p> <p>We are very focused on how we look, mainly due to social media because everyone gets to see us.</p> <p>So thanks to social media, it's become more apparent that we are becoming more body-focused.</p> <p class="p1">And while there's nothing wrong with wanting to look good, the issue with just chasing looks is that it can be a short-sighted goal, or worse, we can compromise our health to look good.</p> <p class="p3">Some people may look amazing, but their health may not be in a good place.</p> <p class="p3">Just because they look good on the outside doesn’t mean that they are healthy on the inside.</p> <p class="p3">Give this podcast a listen to see what I mean.</p> <p class="p3"> </p>
