<p>Brittany had recently graduated high school and had big goals of going off to college in the fall of 2005 in order to became a teacher.  On July 11th, she was found by her step dad Reginald Weeks jr, brutally murdered in her own bedroom. The case developed quickly, but the sentencing for the perpetrator felt just as short.  </p> <p> </p>
