Episode 101: The Coaching Industry: The Good, the Bad & the Ugly

<p>Today’s episode is a juicy one!</p> <p>In Episode 101, I draw upon my almost a decade of experience in the coaching industry to share my perspective on what I see as the strengths and weaknesses of the industry.</p> <p>I pull back the curtain for the first time on my own experience of hiring coaches: when it worked, and when it didn’t.</p> <p>Coaching has changed my life, both as a coaching client and a coaching provider, facilitating transformation with others and I truly believe it is a wildly empowering industry.</p> <p>It offers a powerful process to activate your own power & potential, to move beyond difficulties, to create new perspectives, tore-design your future, and to create more joy, happiness, success, abundance....amongst many things.</p> <p>Coaching is all about looking forward - <em>your past is not your future</em> - & coaches are for the large part, well meaning people that are committed to their self development, and have a genuine desire to facilitate transformation & support.
