<p>Meet my guest Don Wood. &nbsp;A bloke who sure knows how to shake up what we think know about treating and healing trauma. &nbsp;Don has devoted his life to studying the origins and repercussions, both mental and physical, of trauma. &nbsp;He works with the treatment of PTSD, depression, anxiety along with autoimmune diseases and conditions that, in his opinion, are attributed to trauma.</p> <p>It's no secret I have a bit of a thing for unpacking how humans experience traumatic events and emotional turmoil, so again I sat in this chat firing Q's at Don like a kid in a candy store! &nbsp;We talk about relationships, neurology, how our nervous system operates, how to override it's safety mechanisms when they wont switch off themselves.</p> <p>An absolute gamechanger!
