Ep120: A creative (financing) real estate journey with John Bucklew

<p>---------------- Today's Episode: 🎙 &nbsp;</p> <p>John purchased his first live-in flip in October 2015, but started getting serious about real estate in December 2020 and began a furious self-education through podcasts such as Military Cashflow and Bigger Pockets. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>In March 2021 he purchased both a single-family and his first multi-family rental.
