<p>---------------- Today's Episode: 🎙 &nbsp;</p> <p>Ali Garced aka Ali the Agent is a realtor in Tucson, Arizona, and a Special Agent for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. &nbsp;&nbsp;She purchased her first condo in 2016 using the VA loan. She deployed shortly thereafter and immediately turned it into a rental. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>It wasn't until 2018 when she discovered the FIRE movement and Bigger Pockets that she decided to double down on real estate. &nbsp;</p> <p>She purchased a single-family in 2019, a single-family in 2020, a duplex in 2021, and is going 50/50 with a partner on an apartment building near St Louis/Scott Air Force Base in 2022.
