And, I’ve been avoiding feeling it.</p> <p class="p2"> </p> <p class="p1">But the more I start to turn towards it with openness and curiosity, the more the intensity of it starts to fade.</p> <p class="p2"> </p> <p class="p1">Being still has allowed me to sit with myself more.
