I am naturally an introvert - <a href= "https://www.16personalities.com/infj-personality">an INFJ - T or "the Advocate type</a>" to be exact. And I thought leadership was reserved for a certain type of people - the extroverts, the charismatic ones, and I would always be a behind-the-scenes person.
