As an entrepreneur, Lauren founded Urban County Jam, which in turn, provides a platform for artists to showcase their musical talents in NYC.&nbsp;</p><br><p><br></p><p>Fueled by her father’s support, Lauren has become self-reliant and is able to utilize resources needed by networking to educate herself and propel her career forward.</p><br><p><br></p><p>Since she was little, Lauren has always had the theater bug.
