I get it. I have been down these dark roads at one time or another. For me, it was a sense of powerlessness as I felt I was trying to solve grand problems but was met with resistance. The resistance came from external forces, but if I was honest with myself, from my internal resistance as well. Ultimately, it felt as I was not only running through molasses but running through molasses in quicksand!
