Ep 50: Celebrating Every Body!

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this episode, Sue and Marsha are celebrating Episode #50!  Together they are sharing the journey, the experiences of the past year, the incredible people they interviewed, and what they have learned over this past year.  They are also giving a glimpse of what is coming ahead in 2022!</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style= "font-weight: 400;">In this episode we discuss:</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1) The journey of personal development is literally a journey and it never stops. We discuss the idea of connecting the dots as we look at life in reverse, and sitting in trust of the fact this dot will connect somewhere in our future.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style= "font-weight: 400;">2) The journey of struggle, change, growth, persistence and honouring who we are and the growth that we are experiencing.  We also discussed how a personal development journey is our own journey and we can never force anyone to be in the same space as we are.</span> <span style= "font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style= "font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">3) The health challenges and stories that are currently happening and unfolding and how this feels like the beginning of more health stories to come.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style= "font-weight: 400;">4) Together they share the episodes that impacted them the most this past year.  There were so many interviews with men that were fantastic, and so many stories shared.  This is the tipping point of sharing stories of bodies and the healing journey.  2022 is going to be more stories, more books, more programs and continued awareness of the power of our bodies and the stories they hold.</span> <span style= "font-weight: 400;"><br /></span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"
