So much of the work I'm doing now on confidence, vulnerability an authenticity stemmed from my struggles in middle school. It is so important to help young girls to grow up feeling empowered.&nbsp;</p> <p>I am so thankful for the work that Rasheda is doing. In this episode we discuss her story growing up and how having a support system and mentorship was so crucial.
