<p>On the second episode with Sapna Gopalakrishnan, Ashdin and Sapna get furhter into what happened after Sapna woke up at the hospital after her amputation surgery, what happened after coming back home, what did she feel at the time, not really feeling different but knowing that something was different, and a lot more what her life has been like since. Sapna emphasises on acceptance, not giving up, keeping a positive outlook by envisioning a future full of possibilities and how important having a sense of humour about the whole thing was for her, how healing activities like reading or listening to a podcast, etc can be helpful, and some words of encouragement and tips that you can follow if you're going through a similar rock bottom experience.
