And since the population is so dense, Nickels and Spud hatch the plan to hide out in plain sight by enlisting Princess Em to compete as a contestant and signing Nickels up as a judge. But will the mysterious Dr. Doom and his henchmen shy away from the universal attention spotlighted on the pageant, or will their lust for power stop at nothing?
