But our brains don&apos;t operate that way. Your brain will only give you the answer you ask it for. <br/><br/>So, instead of asking &quot;Why I am not ...&quot; ask, &quot;How can I ...?&quot;<br/><br/>The difference in wording is subtle, but it triggers a whole different reaction in your brain.
