<p>This is the first episode of a new series I’m developing regarding the advice adults in our community would give to their  younger self.  We’ve often heard the phrase, “If I had the chance to do it over again I would…” Of course that is not possible but in this series I give professionals the opportunity to share their life experiences with the next generation. </p> <p>My guest today is Leonard Tolliver.
