Molly Gimmel is the co-founder and CEO of the government contracting firm, Design to Delivery, Inc. D2DInc has been honored four times on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing privately held companies in the US—from 2014 through 2017. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) where she served on its National Board of Directors for six years. She serves as a delegate on the US delegation to the W20—the G20 working group focused on women’s issues, while also serving on the Board of the Women in Business Initiative for George Mason University. She is the author of Master Your Mindset: How Women Leaders Step Up and founder of the Vellamo Leadership Institute, an organization dedicated to educating and supporting young female leaders.
