Eric Jaffe is the CEO and co-founder of MOSAIC Wealth Partners, a financial advisory and planning firm based in the Washington, DC area. He serves as the firm's chief strategist and portfolio manager.  Eric has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. He particularly enjoys helping pre-retirees and retirees whether the volatility of markets and achieve their personal goals.  Eric began his professional career as an attorney first at a private firm in Washington, DC, and then at the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia.
