Ennis Estate Agent Reminds Home Buyers To Have All Documents Prepared

An Ennis estate agent is reminding first time home buyers and venders to have all their documents prepared before going into a sale. It comes as a new survey conducted by the Institute of Private Auctioneers and Valuers found that 84% of loan offers being withdrawn are due to conveyancing delays. On average, between a sale being agreed and the closing of a sale, conveyancing of a property takes around four months to be completed. Director at Rea Paddy Brown & Co, Liam Browne says having all necessary documents ready is the best way to speed up the process.
