English o'clock 2.0 - Let's talk! Episode 3 - Talking to ourselves (29.01.2021)

Hi o'clockers! So... today is the day Let's talk! Episode Nr. 3 is supposed to come out, but instead of being an interview with somebody, it's actually a conversation with myself about how we talk to ourselves. I am and have been learning a lot about this from wonderful mentors such as Helen Grain and Brene Brown (her podcast "Unblocking Us" is amazing and so are her books!) and I wanted to share my experience with you.
