Day1. Contact someone you haven't spoken to in a while. &nbsp;Day 2. Start decorating /Tree Day 3. &nbsp;Buy Christmas cards. Day 4. Greate a gift list/budget Day 5. Make plans for how you're spending Christmas Day. &nbsp;Day 6. Make Christmas card list. &nbsp;&nbsp;With the state that the world is in, it's important to be in a good frame of mind in order to be able to handle to the stressors of the day. &nbsp;Continue to work on being happy, and remember that CHOOSING to be happy is CHOOSING YOU FIRST by taking care of mind and body. &nbsp;Stop Dying trying to be Perfect. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;1</p>
