These high yield dividend stocks are selected based on the best combination of business quality and valuation with a focus on future returns. My minimum dividend yield threshold for this watchlist is 2.75% but often the average dividend yield presented is around 4.82%. Additionally the selected stocks offer above average dividend growth for the yield they currently pay. I use this monthly watchlist to identify potential stocks to add to my portfolio.
