If you're trying to invest in 10-20-year bets, cycle markets are way less important. And then from that perspective, get started as soon as possible and make it low-risk, almost like an experiment.</p> <p>You're going to learn so much from your first investment. The reality is your first investment oftentimes, is really just a learning experience. Chad’s $20,000-investment grew to a 150k in equity.
