Scott was in and out all episode due to his internests being high on the CBD's so Aaron took control of this sinking ship and sailed it back to shore saving Dylan to live another day!!! Our most common finding was that people felt directionless and disempowered to connect with their community during the day, while waiting to get into shelters or access other services.
