Dream Speaks_Pt 6

<p>Tuesday 6th October 2020.</p> <p>Hello and a lovely Tuesday morning to you in the name of Jesus.</p> <p>God's dream is calling you to a place of greatness, power, and influence not just for you but for your society, neighbourhood, community and for your world. There are two things we said earlier; your identity and your dreams that impacts our lives in an immensely powerful way. Your identity impacts you and you alone first, but your dream is not just for you. It ultimately benefits you, but it is for the benefit of your world and your larger society. When we live by our dreams, the dream God shows us, it takes us beyond ourselves. It is a blessing to us, and it blesses the nations of the earth.</p> <p>I pray the Lord will give you strength and the grace to rise up to the call of dream and yield in the name of Jesus.</p> <p>We will be reading the book of Acts 10:28-29 (NLT).</p> <p><em><strong>28 Peter told them, “You know it is against our laws for a Jewish man to enter a Gentile home like this or to associate with you. But God has shown me that I should no longer think of anyone as impure or unclean. 29 So I came without objection as soon as I was sent for. Now tell me why you sent for me.”</strong></em></p> <p>The Jews back in those days don't relate with the gentiles and Peter had seen in a dream, he had this vision that a sheet came down, he saw different animals there. God said, " kill and eat". He said, " Lord how do I eat anything unclean or unholy?" And God said " Listen; kill and eat". He saw that vision; dream and it was God's call to go beyond the Jewish nation to the gentile nation. You know Jesus said this in the book of Matthew. He said "You have made your culture or tradition to make the word of God of non-effect". Some of us are so used to where we are coming from, we are used to our way, culture, the tradition of men. That even when God is calling us in a new direction through a dream, we resist it. Some of us even bind God and say, "I cast you out! It can't be God!” That's what happened to P
