This is episode 434 of Teaching Learning Leading K12, an audio podcast.<br /><br />Dr. Lynn Kepp is the Vice President of Executive Communications and Project Management Office at AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination), a nonprofit supporting more than 75,000 teachers per year in more than 7,500 school districts across the nation. For over 40 years, AVID has dedicated itself to closing the opportunity gap and serving schools and districts by helping educators shift to a more equitable, student-centered approach.<br /><br />Lynn spent the first decade of her career as a high school science teacher and district mentor and has dedicated her career since to supporting educators and students through education-led nonprofits.
