We also talked about how our attitudes impact our actions. The two can't really be separated, because if we say we believe something then our actions need to show it. When making decisions about the future of your practice your vision needs to be very clear. This also holds true for the patients. Helping patients become more clear about their vision is something that Dr. John has been focusing on in his new patient interviews.
