Doubtful plans for an art installation on O'Connell street- we hear from two Limerick councillors

<p>As we recently heard on the show, plans for a €500,000 public art installation on O'Connell Street are now in doubt. Following a Metropolitan Meeting, Limerick councillors were told that after a design competition, it was decided not to proceed with the preferred scheme.
