Do you still believe in a Nebraska football program that can win 9+ games a year?

<p>-As we look at Frank Solich being a Hall of Fame candidate, we have to assess the program again </p><p>-We’re not talking about a 9 win season one year and then a couple of 6 or 7 or 8 win seasons following that. Can Nebraska get back to the winning level they were even under Bo Pelini? </p><p>-It is unfortunate to say it like that, but can they do it or not?
