Diversity, inclusion and the super power of curiosity

<p><strong>Martine Ratcliffe</strong> has worked as a forensic psychologist for HM Prison and Probation Service for 20 years. She’s currently the national diversity and inclusion (D&I) lead for the Psychology Services Group.
