Since the beginning of the pandemic I believe we all might sometimes feel trapped in a world that seems to create more questions than answers. For me, as an artist, these sensations of entrapment have on one side recreated the research of freedom and its mean and on other side the notions of responsibility and awareness. Being a black artist awoken in me the need to claim the place of the black community in the electronic dance music scene. The same scene that, many times unaware and ignorant, stigmatises, discriminates and frustrates so many of us black ravers, party-goers, dancers, and producers. 🗯🗯 Where did you record the mix and how did you feel? 🗯🗯 I created this podcast at home empowering fellow black producers and remixers on a dance journey traveling from house, deep or tech to techno and electro. Keeping my own deep-notic touch and unstoppable groove. 🗯🗯 What are your wishes for the time after Corona? 🗯🗯 Dance as a tool and a reminder of where we come from and where do we actually want to go. Dance as an answer to this world that seems committed to live in fear, frustration and questioning.
