Deep in the Heart with Ayahuasca with Michelle Sorro

<p>In Episode 154, I shared my recent experience in a plant medicine ceremony called Shipibo tradition. As some of you already know, in 2019, I had my first life-changing experience with Ayahuasca. Since then, I have always wanted to try that experience again. Last weekend, In a small cabin on the Californian mountain, I was finally able to do it again. To my surprise, It was a completely different magical experience that taught me to tame my time.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In our daily lives, we are often so caught in the vicious circle of planning things that we forget to live in the present moment and enjoy every little thing mother earth has to offer us.
