In lieu of inside worship, St. James Episcopal in Meeker has added advent candles outside the building for everyone to enjoy. Pictures are on page 3B. The Hagin family of Rangely shared their experience with the HT this week, of managing a diagnosis of an incredibly rare genetic disorder called HIVEP2, of which only 48 cases have been identified worldwide.
