DEAD BEAT DADS ARE NOT SO DEAD BEAT...

<p><strong>The very simplified point I make is somehow incorporate the more important thing other than money would be their time with the kid. Quit over charging the Dad in court astronomically and reward the father for making the effort of just being in that young persons life. Then I believe it will fix itself.
