Quesada boasts over 15 years of experience in healthcare and complex commercial litigation and manages legal strategies for MSP’s settlements, court proceedings, in-house attorneys, and coordination with several nationally recognized law firms that assist MSP Recovery. Quesada holds experience with a variety of complex commercial litigation cases in both state and federal courts with claims contract strategies, warranties, fraud, business torts, breaches of fiduciary duty, conspiracy, and products liability. Frank notably spearheaded cases that re-defined the Medicare Secondary Payer Act, including MSP Recovery v. Allstate (11th Circuit), MSPA Claims 1 v. Tenet (11th Circuit), MSPA Claims 1 v.
