<p>As our world grows and develops, will the IT and engineering industry diversify more in age and gender?</p> <p>This question was posed by my colleague, Lucas van Zuylen.</p> <p>I believe that this is based on the country and culture.</p> <p>In India, many women are already going into the engineering and computer science field.
