<p>We're on a mission to help one million people RISE by 2030 - join the movement at <a href="http://www.myrise.co.uk/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.myrise.co.uk</a></p> <p><br></p> <p>A regular part of our job as a coach is to help people when they’re struggling.</p> <p>Sometimes that’s early on in that struggle.</p> <p>Other times they’re wanting to cancel their membership.</p> <p>The vast majority of the time, the reason given for stopping will, on the face of it, be logistical.</p> <p>They “can’t get down for enough sessions”.</p> <p>Or “need to save money”.</p> <p>Or something similar.</p> <p>From my experience though (nearly 20 years and thousands of people now), those reasons are usually underpinned by one thing:</p> <p>A lack of results.</p> <p>At least not enough results to, in their head, justify the investment.</p> <p>When people are getting amazing life changing results and need to spend less, they find adjustments elsewhere.</p> <p>Or they don’t mind how many sessions they’re getting down for because they’re doing the online ones and / or making sufficient changes to their eating to make progress they’re happy with.</p> <p>It boils down to not getting our money’s worth.</p> <p>And at that point, there’s one of two things we can do.</p> <p>Two variables we can adjust.</p> <p>We can get the same results (or, realistically, probably less) and spend less money.</p> <p>Or we can get better results and spend the same.</p> <p>The former is, of course, considerably quicker and easier.</p> <p>The latter is what we really want though isn’t it?</p> <p>If I could click my fingers and give you that body you like the look and feel of, the increased energy and better mood………</p> <p>Instantly………</p> <p>With no time or effort………</p> <p>For the same financial investment……..</p> <p>You’d take it wouldn’t you?</p> <p>In 99% of the cases of people thinking of cancelling, I’m sure that would be the response.</p> <p>So, if you’re not getting the results you feel justify the investment………</p> <p>You have those two cho
