Offer yourself a reward for being consistent and work towards just being accountable to yourself. Take the pressure off of getting things done and stop focusing on what you haven't done yet which ultimately deflates your motivation levels even more. Instead make a goal to simply show up and work for a dedicated period of time. Make your focus on one project and work on that until your time goal is reached.
