Create Your Own Natural Desiccated Thyroid Blend in 4 Steps

NDT contains a small amount of T2 thyroid hormone which you can get in supplement form. Step #3. Add T3 thyroid hormone. NDT contains both T4 and T3 thyroid hormone which means you’ll need to add T3 to your base of levothyroxine to mimic it. (Optional) Step #4. Add an iodine supplement.
