Panel members: Dr Kate Middleton is a psychologist with a particular interest in how our emotions affect us. She is a Director of the Mind and Soul Foundation and is also a church leader at Zeo Church. Rev Dr Steve Midgley is the Senior Minister of Christ Church, Cambridge and the Executive Director of Biblical Counselling UK. He worked as a psychiatrist before getting ordained. Dr Chi-Chi Obuaya is a Consultant Psychiatrist practicing in the NHS and at the Nightingale Hospital, central London’s leading private mental health hospital. He is also a Director of the Mind and Soul Foundation.
