Description

In this, the second and final episode of our two-part series on Reflections from the Covid-19 response, orthopaedic registrar and PhD candidate in medical Education, Simon Fleming discusses his experiences working at the Nightingale Hospital in London at the height of the pandemic. Though this interview was recorded on 1 May and operations at the Excel Centre have since ceased, these reflections nonetheless contain valuable insights for how surgical teaching and training may grow from the trauma and upheaval of Covid-19.

"The Theatre" is taking a pause for the summer, but will return in September with more important conversations from the world of surgery.
