Court throws Zimbabwean Exemption permit holders a lifeline

The High Court has thrown over 178 thousand Zimbabwean Exemption Permit holders a lifeline. The court has declared Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi's termination of those permits as unlawful, invalid and unconsitutional.
