Description

Pet owners in Clare are being urged to show respect following a number of instances of dog fouling at local burial sites. It comes amid a raft of reports of excrement being discovered at Illaunmanagh Graveyard in Shannon. Its understood that dogs are entering the cemetery unsupervised and are then defecating and urinating on plots. Clare County Dog Warden Frankie Coote says the behaviour is causing great distress to those burying their loved ones.
