Cold Start Warmer Afternoon; Nice Weekend; Dry Next Week w/Seasonal to Slighly Above Normal Temps

<p>WIND CHILL ADVISORY UNTIL 9 AM Cold start this AM with temps in single digits and wind chills below zero.  Today and tomorrow northwest flow aloft and westerly surface winds will warm daytime temps into mid-30’s and mid-40’s for highs and lows in the mid-teens to around 20-degrees.   A quick moving upper-level trough and cool front will skirt the area on Sunday slightly cooling temps into the low 40’s, while ridging and northwest flow returns Monday and Tuesday warming temps into the upper 40’s and low 50’s with lows in the 20’s.  Next trough and cold front moves into the region Tuesday night and Wednesday with seasonal temps and no moisture availability.  </p>
