Parents and Guardians in Clare are being strongly advised to plan their expenditure well in advance of the school term. The lates survey from the Irish League of Credit Unions published this week, found that 70% of parents were struggling with the financial burden of covering back to school costs. The report also showed that households were getting into an average debt of €306 per annum to cover education fees.
