Clare Gardaí Urge Motorists To Treat Each And Every Road Journey With Equal Respect

Clare Gardaí are pleading with motorists to treat each and every road journey with equal respect. So far this year a total of 125 people have lost their lives on Irish roads, which is a 24% increase on the number of fatalities recorded at this juncture of 2022. In the last week alone, the country has been brought to a standstill following the tragic deaths of 10 people in separate road traffic collisions in Tipperary, Offaly, Donegal , Dublin and Laois. Roads Policing Superintendent of the Clare-Tipperary Garda Division, Paul Slattery says the focus of all road users should be to arrive alive.
