Clare County Council Reminds Locals To Update Their Voting Details

Clare County Council is reminding locals that casting your vote is vital for our democracy. With an upcoming referendum, local and European elections, people are being encouraged to get ahead to ensure their information is correct. It is important to also inform the Local Authority about necessary changes including family member deaths to stop the posting of polling cards for people no longer with us. Administrative Officer for the County Council, Mary McMahon, says young people can preregister to make sure they are able to vote.
