Clare Auctioneer Claims Massive Change In Housing Delivery Is Coming

A Clare Auctioneer claims a major change in housing delivery is gradually emerging. It follows new research from Euroconstruct which shows that 33,450 homes are on track to be built in Ireland next year. Since January, 493 commencement notices have been issued for residential properties in Clare, however over 1,700 households still remain on the local authority's social housing list. Diarmuid McMahon from Sherry Fitzgerald McMahon Real Estate Agents in Ennis says while the housing market is showing sure signs of improvement, the loss of tenancies is still posing a threat to prices.
