Civil Service Commission

<p class="p1">The Civil Service Commission is a Charter mandated component of Sacramento County government. Established in Article XVI of the Charter approved by the citizens of Sacramento County, the Commission is a nonpartisan public body responsible for policy direction and oversight of the merit system for the selection, promotion and retention of civil service employees in Sacramento County service.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
